ASSEMBLY
If you choose "No Assembly" your bike will require complete assembly with an exception of the wheels.
If you choose "Assembled by Borealis", there is some assembly required upon receipt. Your bike will be completely assembled and tuned by Borealis, then partially disassembled for shipment. The remaining assembly will require installation of the rear derailleur, chain, fork, seat post, wheels, and handlebars. A multi-tool will be included with your order that has all tools necessary to assemble the bike, with the exception of a torque wrench. If you are not familiar with this level of assembly, we recommend having your local bike shop complete the assembly. Below is a video showing the remaining assembly once you receive the bike.

Customer Reviews
I received my new Borealis bike, it came in 2 boxes and was easy to assemble with the tool that came with the bike. I have been riding the trails every day! It is so light weight and handles beautifully around the turns. Plus its gorgeous!!
What a great bike, absolutely love it!!
Love this bike!!!
Rarely do I take the time to write a review, but felt compelled after my recent experience with the purchase of my crestone Fat bike. Love the ability to spec your build on their website, shipping was faster than anticipated. Sadly the Bike was delivered with damage to the carbon frame, I immediately reached out to Borealis and they promptly responded and we came up with a fair solution. Great customer service/support. And the bike is amazing!
I decided on the Crestone - incredible green color that shimmers in the light. It arrived pretty promptly. I did have some doubts about putting it together, but I watched the video a few times and it is not really that complicated. I think another video putting together the Crestone (the Flume is in the video) would be beneficial if you explained some of the processes in greater detail especially as it relates to a carbon frame. In addition to the Video - I exchanged several Emails with David at Borealis and he could not have been more helpful. He was prompt in his response time and provided the information requested and was incredibly helpful. I did not have to make any adjustments to the derailleur (thank you) or any other component. I have only taken it out for a couple of quick rides on the roads - but we just got some snow so I will heading to the some trails tomorrow and this weekend. So far it has been a fantasic experience and the Bike is top notch. The only issue I had was that the bike came with a swag bag with an awesome Borealis T shirt but unfortunately it is a medium and I haven't been a medium since high school 40 years ago an XXL would have been ideal - LOL
