Small parts orders will generally ship 1-3 business days depending on order volume. You will receive a Fedex tracking number and invoice via email when the order ships.
Complete bike orders/ wheelset orders will generally ship within 3-5 business days of ordering. Bikes and wheels are all built to order so they do take time. You will receive a Fedex tracking number and invoice via email when the order ships.
We will ship internationally, additional shipping may apply which will be charged after the initial order. We will contact you with the shipping cost before the order is completed.

We build our bikes up completely and tune them to ensure everything is working correctly, we then dissemble the bike to the point that it will fit in boxes. You will need to install the fork and headset, install front brake and install the seat tube. The tires will need to be mounted on the rims and if you have a tubeless specific rim you will need to set up the tires and add sealant. Though we do tune the bike before disassembly, some adjustments of the derailleur(s) and brakes may be required. Borealis recommends having a bicycle mechanic assemble and tune bike for the best performance and safety. Borealis is not liable for injuries or damage caused by improper installation.
Orders can be changed within the first 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours any changes will incur a $200 fee per change or a 20% restocking fee if an order is cancelled.
